We want you to love your fragrance, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For returns, please contact our customer service team for instructions.

If you received an incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately via [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no extra cost.
We’re sorry your order arrived damaged! Please contact customer service via [email protected] with photos of the damaged product, and we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your address. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes, and you may need to place a new order.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact customer service via [email protected] as soon as possible. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-orders for items that are sold out. Please check back later or sign up for notifications to be alerted when the product is back in stock.
